Job Description

  • Strategic Growth:‌ Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed revenue targets, expand market share, and capitalise on emerging opportunities in retail, food-service, and e-commerce channels.
  • Client Relationships:‌ Build and maintain partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Insights:‌ Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform data-driven decision-making and adapt strategies proactively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:‌ Work closely with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to align sales initiatives with product launches, promotions, and operational capabilities.
  • Budget Oversight:‌ Manage P&L, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimise profitability and ROI.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience:‌ 10+ years in sales leadership roles within the food & beverage sector, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
  • Leadership:‌ Exceptional ability to motivate teams, navigate complex negotiations, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge:‌ Deep understanding of global/regional F&B market dynamics, distribution networks, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Skills:‌ Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Education:‌ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Flexibility:‌ Willingness to travel domestically/internationally as needed.
