Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets in Shanghai.
  • Manage and grow key accounts within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to enhance performance.
  • Analyse market trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the region.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • A degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in analysing sales data and market trends.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
