Job Description

1. Team l eader of South China Sales team

2. Buildup of local sales team to gradually generate new revenue from local business
3. Overall responsible for the South China's P&L performance
4. Increase revenue and gross profit by actively pursuing new business
5. Ensure the ongoing development and maintenance of customer relationships
6. Work closely with the operational and sales managers in local or other nearby offices to ensure the business unit is working at optimum capacity and efficiency
7. Take care of the recruitment, training and development of team members
8. Track and provide management with reporting on key issues
9. Supplier management
10. Responsible for the financial process for the responsible entity, including submission of the annual budget, historic comparisons, variance reporting (actual vs budget) etc.
11. Planning and Driving - propose local initiative and development plan, align the overall direction with Country, Region and Corporate.

1. Thorough knowledge of Freight Forwarding
2. Excellent commercial acumen, possesses existing customer network is a definite advantage
3. Good Operational know-how is an undoubted added-value
4. Sound knowledge and understanding of Customer Service Requirements

1. A self-starter, good l eader and a team player
2. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
3. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a keen eye for Details
4. Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills
5. Strong problem-solving skills
6. Strong focus on human resources management and business development in line with the group policy

Educational background / Work experience
1. University degree holder with at least 10 years of experience in logistics and transportation industry, of which 5 years in managerial level
2. Proven sales track record with existing client portfolio Language skills
3. Language skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin
