职责描述

Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Market Access professional to lead regional market access initiatives for the company's key products, including those involved in NRDL negotiations. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with government authorities and industry associations, ensuring successful product access and supporting the company's commercial objectives through policy insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of market access strategies and lead their implementation within the assigned region;
  • Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders, including government departments, to secure favorable access conditions and ensure the successful launch of key products;
  • Organize and attend market access-related meetings and events, maintaining strong relationships with government bodies and academic associations;
  • Monitor and analyze healthcare policies and reimbursement trends (especially DRG/MDL), providing strategic support for business development and decision-making;
  • Drive inclusion of company products into local Huimin Insurance and commercial insurance innovative drug lists;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and medical teams under the company's SOP framework to achieve commercial goals.

理想的求职者

  • Bachelor's degree or above in biology, medicine, pharmacy, or related fields;
  • Minimum of 3 years (for Specialist) / 5 years (for Manager) of market access experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven experience in NRDL product implementation;
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical policies and regulations, with solid policy interpretation and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with a collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork;
