Job Description Ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP, local statutory requirements, SOX, and internal control policies. Provide technical accounting guidance and policy support to the accounting team. Oversee daily general ledger activities, including inventory, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, accruals, and lease accounting under ASC 842. Manage revenue recognition compliance per ASC 606, including contract review and documentation. Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Prepare consolidated financial reports and support external reporting requirements. Supervise AR and AP operations to ensure accurate billing, collections, and timely payments. Drive process improvements in accounting operations and internal controls. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required. 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public companies or public accounting firms. Strong command of US GAAP and financial reporting, with hands-on experience in SAP, U8, and advanced Excel. Proven ability to lead a sizable accounting team and manage complex regional operations. Demonstrated success in process optimization, internal control enhancement, and SOX compliance. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
