Regional Finance Controller - Manufacturing Industry

As a vital member of a company's financial management team, controller is
responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis, reporting, and
controls. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of accounting and
finance principles and the ability to translate complex financial data into
meaningful insights to support decision-making.
Business controllers serve as a liaison between financial and non-financial
stakeholders, ensuring that financial information is accurately reported and

* Annual budget
Lead developing budget of revenue, cost, productivity, analyzing
performance against budget, and ensure the goal setting with actions.
* Financial analysis & reporting
Lead monthly performance review against financial targets, preparing
financial reports, variance analysis, and other adhoc financial reports per
business requirement;
* Financial forecast
Lead monthly rolling forecast, assessing financial risk, drive business
growth & profitability;
* Cost control
Oversees the company's cost management processes. This includes
identifying cost-saving opportunities, creating cost reduction strategies and
implementing processes to ensure that the company has the efficient
and effective cost structure possible.
* Risk Management
A business controller is responsible for analyzing and mitigating financial
risks associated with the business operations. It includes identifying
potential risks, designing and implementing policies and procedures to
mitigate risks.
