Job Description As Sourcing Specialist You Will: Partner with the Team Lead to identify and engage talent in the Hong Kong market. Collaborate with the Hiring Manager to develop effective sourcing strategies Manage the full sourcing life cycle, from job brief to delivering shortlisted candidates. Proactively build and maintain pipelines of candidate prospects for specialised skill sets. Create and ensure the accuracy of candidate records in the database. Track candidate progress and analyse conversion rates to optimise sourcing efforts. Efficiently manage high-volume candidate screening processes. The Successful Applicant If you have the following attributes, we would love to hear from you: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
