The role of a Page Group recruitment consultant revolves around business development, commercial customer service and generating revenue while engaging with clients, candidates and your Page Group colleagues.

职责描述

* Manage your own portfolio of both new and existing candidates and clients

* Become a market expert in order to provide advice and career guidance to candidates

* Network to accrue business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

* Partner with clients to grow their business by developing and delivering solutions for attracting candidates

* Utilise multiple online resources to source and screen potential candidates

* Manage all elements of the interview process from beginning to final stages Recruitment Life At PageGroup Means

* Clear career development journey and promotion targets

* Operating in a 360-degree role which means proactively headhunting candidates while simultaneously developing and establishing new business relationships

* 60/40 split between time spent at the office and time spent on client visits in the field

* Fully managing accounts and experiencing the thrill of running your own business

* Comprehensive formal training programs supplement constant on-the-desk support that starts on day one

理想的求职者

* Ideally you will have a minimum of 1-3 years experience in sales, business development, account management or HR within a large corporate or blue-chip multinational.

* Results orientated with the ability to work within a tight knit sales team.

* In addition to sourcing new business, you also be able to account manage existing relationships with a view to increasing their current spend.

* The ability to partner with your clients and deliver a superior level of service will be the key to your success.

* Articulate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to Exposure to the world's leading multinational brand
