Our Client is an integrated solution provider for applications based on IC design and software development offering industry-leading software and hardware semiconductor solutions for smart devices, IoT applications, and automotive electronics.

职责描述

* Execute the HR annual priorities to support the assigned business, including talent recruitment, annual compensation management, KPI settings, training, communication, rewards, employee relationship etc. by following global policy and principle to drive consistency and high impact.

* Attract, select, and identify high performing employee, and direct career management and succession plans in order to develop the motivation and commitment of high performer to reinforce retention and to ensure optimization of skills within the Group.

* Maximize organizational performance through effective utilization and application of tools and techniques, such as performance management, training and development, coaching and counseling.

* Create and maintain a high-performance culture and effective employee relations climate, consistent with company policies and values.

* Provide timely consultation and support to business managers on employee relation to ensure legal security at both individual and collective levels, as well as compliance with HR processes and practices, according to applicable legal provisions.

* Consolidate and analyze HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual reports for his/her area of activity, according to defined objectives.

* Expertly use all HR systems, follow processes and policy for global teams.

* In charge of headcount and labor cost budget management with accuracy.

理想的求职者

* Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, HR management, or related field.
* 5+ years of HR related experience, preferred HRBP or HR Generalist experience.
* Proficiency in Excel, advanced functions and Power Point. Ability to analyze data and use it to influence decisions.
* Results-driven, responsive, analytical, detail oriented, good business acumen.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; Good English writing and speaking skills.
* An team player, heightened focus on customer centricity for the organizations they support; collaborative.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Ability to work independently.
