Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with international standards and corporate requirements.2. Oversee end-to-end quality control across raw material inspection, in-process production, and final product shipment to ensure consistent and reliable product quality.3. Lead the resolution of customer complaints and internal non-conformities; drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HQ, R&D, and Production to align quality standards and optimize manufacturing processes.5. Manage and develop the full-scope quality team, including IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control), and QE (Quality Engineering); provide on-the-job guidance and professional training to enhance team expertise and quality awareness.6. Frequently engage on the shop floor to gain firsthand operational knowledge, effectively streamline workflows for all quality control stages (IQC/IPQC/FQC), and guide the QE team in applying quality tools for continuous improvement.7. Participate in new product introduction and pilot run reviews to ensure quality requirements are effectively integrated from design to manufacturing.8. Collect and analyze quality data regularly; prepare and present reports to support management decision-making. The Successful Applicant 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Furniture Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.2. A minimum of 10 years of quality management experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a team leadership role. Experience in the furniture industry is highly advantageous.3. Possess comprehensive experience in managing a full-stack quality team, with in-depth knowledge of the management and coordination of IQC, IPQC, FQC, and QE functions.4. Proficient in quality tools and systems such as ISO9001, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, 8D, PDCA, etc.5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong data analysis and report-writing skills.6. Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, result-oriented with a proven ability to resolve complex issues.7. Fluent in English (verbal and written), capable of effective and seamless communication with headquarters.
