Job Description Quality Strategy and System Development Define and implement quality management strategies to ensure compliance with global OEM standards and industry regulations. Drive continuous improvement of quality systems and maintain certifications such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Customer Quality Management Act as the primary interface for customer quality issues, manage audits, and lead resolution of major concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response to complaints and claims. Production and Supplier Quality Control Oversee production quality processes, promote zero-defect philosophy, and ensure compliance with APQP and PPAP requirements. Manage supplier quality performance through audits, evaluations, and improvement programs. Team Leadership and Training Lead and develop the quality management team, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Promote a strong quality culture and organize training programs to enhance awareness across the organization. Risk Management and Continuous Improvement Identify and mitigate quality risks with preventive measures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance quality performance. The Successful Applicant Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 10+ years in automotive quality management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles; Tier 1 or OEM experience preferred. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 quality systems. Proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA tools. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and manage complex quality programs. Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
