职责描述
- Management of Department incl. all employees
- All sourcing activities and negotiation with new & existing suppliers
- Cost reduction programs for all raw materials
- Development of team
- Frame agreements, subcontracting and buffer stock / concession stock concepts
- Sourcing for new competitive suppliers, incl. making and following up rolling 12 months sourcing plan
- Evaluate all relevant parameters incl. technical specification to fulfil company requirements
- Evaluate potential supplier's quality management system, if capable to meet company demands for quality documentation and processes
- Generate procurement agreements with selected suppliers
- New material Sourcing from existing suppliers, price comparison and price negotiation
- Make-or-Buy analysis
- New material test reports, trial production follow up in factory and trial production report
- Collect and benchmark information of raw materials from market
- Support sourcing activities initiated by HQ
理想的求职者
- Min. 3 year experience as Sourcing & Purchasing Manager in a manufacturing company, preferably in the furniture industry incl. responsibility for sourcing & procurement, negotiation and purchasing
- Min. 3 year experience in an International Company
- Several years of experience with sourcing fabric, metal parts, wood parts
- Bachelor degree or above

- Firm towards suppliers and internally & persistent to follow through all projects or task to the end
Language Skills:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) in reading, writing and verbally
