职责描述

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies for offshore drilling/platform equipment (e.g., cranes, pumps, safety systems) and related services
* Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation for EPC projects
* Maintain relationships with oil majors, drilling contractors, and shipyards
* Analyze market trends in offshore oil & gas to identify new business opportunities
* Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to deliver customized solutions

理想的求职者

Requirements:
* 5+ years in B2B sales within heavy industrial sectors, knowledge of oil & gas industry is a plus
* Proven track record selling heavy equipment/services to offshore operators
* Technical knowledge of offshore platforms/FPSO/subsea systems is a plus
* Fluent in English & mandarin preferred
* Willingness to travel 30-50% to client sites globally
