Job Description Develop and execute a business development strategy for the supply chain and biodiversity programme in China. Identify and prioritize potential corporate partners across sectors such as critical minerals, energy, automotive, and commodities. Lead outreach efforts, secure meetings, and deliver persuasive pitches to senior decision-makers. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and track engagement progress. Collaborate with internal teams to align programme goals with client needs and market opportunities. Contribute to research, presentations, and written materials to support client engagement and thought leadership. Monitor industry trends, policy developments, and corporate disclosures related to biodiversity and supply chains. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate sustainability, supply chain management, or related sectors in China or Southeast Asia. Strong network in sectors such as critical minerals, energy transition, commodities, or automotive/battery supply chains. Solid understanding of environmental and biodiversity-related business risks and opportunities. Educational background in business, finance, environmental management, or development policy. Experience working with or engaging corporate stakeholders on sustainability or ESG topics. What's on Offer Competitive salary package of around 30,000 to 50,000 CNY per month.
