Responsible for external quotation, follow up the progress of contract negotiation and signing, and timely feedback customer requirements To ensure operational handling requirements and customer expectations are understood, communicated to internal parties to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction To lead customer management, to be part of customer on-boarding, implementation of standard operating procedures + key performance indicators (SOP/KPI). To collaborate + engage with internal stakeholders. Responsible for receivables recovery and demand work, ensure sales collection 理想的求职者 With bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics or international trade is preferred Familiar with import and export customs declaration, warehouse and transportation related processes, freight forwarding sales experience. Having rich experience in handling special project cargo including OOG, BBK and other project logistics projects. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
