Relying on profound experience, vision and international customer resources, the company is committed to the development of overseas battery energy storage business in both C&I and utility market. 职责描述 Provide comprehensive support and coordination for internal and external activities within the scope of the Chief Operating Officer's (COO) responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of all processes. Actively participate in the global analysis of the renewable energy industry, including in-depth asset evaluation and detailed descriptive analysis. Stay promptly and fully informed about market developments and industry policies/regulations to swiftly identify lucrative business opportunities. Engage in project development activities by effectively managing relationships with diverse stakeholders worldwide, such as developers, government authorities, landowners, grid operators, off-takers, and advisors. Take part in deal structuring and commercial negotiations for project acquisitions and other partnership arrangements, such as development services agreements or joint development agreements. Coordinate the tasks and contributions of supporting functions, including Legal, Technical Solution, Finance, and Project Delivery departments. Be prepared to undertake global business travels as required by the job. 理想的求职者 Target school, QS/US News 100 Universities in North America. Bachelor's degree or above in Energy, Economics, Finance, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Less than 3 years of work experience in the related industry, with a solid understanding of project development, investment analysis, and market research. Proficient in data analysis and experienced in using relevant tools for asset evaluation and market analysis. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders from different backgrounds. Cross-cultural communication experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in deal structuring and contract negotiations. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment, with a willingness to travel frequently. Possess a proactive attitude, strong teamwork spirit, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
