We are a renowned international financial institution with a significant presence in the stock exchange industry. To better expand our business in China, we are now seeking a Project Assistant/Manager to join our office in Beijing, supporting the Group Chief Representative in various aspects.

Job Description

  1. Project Management: Assist the Chief Representative in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. From the initial planning at the project launch stage to tracking the progress during implementation, and finally to the summary and evaluation after project completion, your involvement throughout the process is essential to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
  2. Government Relations: Be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with financial, treasury, National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), Cyberspace Administration, and other financial securities regulatory agencies. Keep abreast of policy developments, assist the Chief Representative in communicating and coordinating with government departments, and strive to create a favorable policy environment for the company's business development in China.
  3. Event Planning and Execution Support: Participate in the planning and organization of various events, including but not limited to industry seminars and business negotiations. From the early - stage preparation of events, such as venue selection and guest invitations, to on - site coordination and management, ensure the smooth progress of the events.
  4. Market Intelligence: Collect and organize market intelligence to provide decision - making support for the Chief Representative. Prepare relevant document materials for speakers, write business update reports, and assist in the production of various presentation materials (PPT), ensuring the accuracy and professionalism of the information.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Language Proficiency: Fluent English is a must. You should be able to conduct business communication, write documents, and make public speeches proficiently.
  2. Work Experience: You should have 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience, and it is a must that you have worked in a financial institution. Familiarity with the workflow and business model of the financial industry, and prior experience in communicating and coordinating with government departments is preferred.
  3. Skills and Qualities: Possess good project management skills and be able to effectively organize and coordinate resources. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with people from different backgrounds. Be highly adaptable and have a strong learning ability to quickly adjust to changes in the work environment.
