Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Define product requirements and specifications based on user needs, business objectives, and technological advancements. Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure t. timely and successful delivery of self-c.ckout systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring ad.rence to good practices and industry standards. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in retail and self-c.ckout systems, and incorporate t.m into product development plans. Project Management: Manage t. product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Set and track milestones, manage timelines, and ensure t. timely completion of projects. Coordinate with external partners and suppliers as needed to support product development and delivery. Quality Assurance: Ensure that self-c.ckout systems meet high standards of quality, reliability, and security. Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues, and implement necessary improvements. Conduct user testing and gat.r feedback to refine product features and functionality. Business Development: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth. Develop and present business cases for new product features, upgrades, and expansions. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote and sell self-c.ckout systems to potential clients. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding t.ir needs and expectations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Gat.r and incorporate customer feedback into product development plans. 理想的求职者 Qualifications: Must have consumer insight or Self Check out system industry experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in the retail technology industry. Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development, hardware integration, and system architecture. Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
