Our client is a semiconductor front-end equipment company committed to delivering innovative solutions to the industry.

Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the Greater China region, aligning with global corporate objectives and adapting to unique local market conditions.
Oversee all aspects of the regional business, including engineering, process, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and human resources, to ensure optimal performance and profitability.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the board, customers, partners, suppliers, and government entities, to foster business growth and collaboration.
Monitor market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and identify new business opportunities to drive expansion and innovation in the region.
Serve as the primary representative of the company in Greater China, promoting brand awareness, and enhancing the organization's reputation.
Collaborate closely with global leadership to ensure alignment between regional and corporate strategies, goals, and initiatives.
Implement rigorous risk management practices to mitigate potential threats and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Mentor and develop the regional team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the semiconductor or related high-tech industry, with a deep understanding of the Greater China market dynamics.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a complex business unit or region.
Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.
Ability to navigate and build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government officials.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve great performance.
Willingness to travel frequently within the Greater China region and occasionally internationally
