The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the semiconductor or related high-tech industry, with a deep understanding of the Greater China market dynamics. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a complex business unit or region. Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities. Ability to navigate and build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government officials. Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve great performance.
