Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and success. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders. Address project risks and issues proactively. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Report project progress and outcomes to senior management. Mentor and guide team members to foster a positive work environment. 理想的求职者 A successful Project Lead/Program Lead PreClinical Obesity should have: Ph.D. and 10+ years of relevant experience in the area of metabolic diseases 8+ years of supervisory experience; at least 5 years of experience guiding an in vivo team 8+ years of experience in drug development in the area of metabolic diseases Strong knowledge of mechanisms relevant to energy balance and glucose homeostasis 5+ years of experience in program leadership role (program lead or in vivo lead) Experience the interpretation and prioritization of in vivo , ex vivo, and in vitro models relevant to obesity and diabetes Strong understanding of assay cascade optimization, the identification of development candidates, and IND-enabling studies Track record in bringing programs from hit-to-lead to development candidate Excellent ability to communicate in strategic and external settings Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment Strong track record in talent development Ability to work in a distributed workforce environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change 薪酬待遇 An opportunity to be part of a renowned life science company A supportive and innovative work culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Comprehensive benefits package This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in the life sciences industry.
