Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust PMO framework that supports efficient project delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives and global standards.
  • Resource Allocation: Orchestrate the strategic allocation of project resources, balancing demands across multiple product lines to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with R&D leaders and other key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of over 10+ PM professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the entire project life-cycle from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to time lines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project success, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process optimization.
  • Change Management: Navigate organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to ongoing projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor's degree with substantial relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Experience: Proven track record of PMO functions in a global, multi-product environment, with a minimum of 10 years in project management and 5 years in a director-level role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, familiar with dashboard management. Data focused and was a real Engineer in the beginning of the career
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Negotiation & Conflict Resolution: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate, mediate, and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries, promoting inclusivity and respect in a global team setting.
