The Successful Applicant Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor's degree with substantial relevant experience may also be considered. Experience: Proven track record of PMO functions in a global, multi-product environment, with a minimum of 10 years in project management and 5 years in a director-level role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, familiar with dashboard management. Data focused and was a real Engineer in the beginning of the career Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
