Job Description

  • Manage product projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product quality and brand targets.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Oversee risk management processes.
  • Monitor project performance and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports.
  • Implement project standards and manage the production process.
  • Ensure legal and ethical compliance throughout project operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Solid understanding of risk management practices and quality processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex sales projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
