Job Description Define and execute the plant operational strategy to ensure world‑class performance in delivery, quality, cost, and flexibility, aligned with EMS business requirements and customer expectations. Establish, implement, and monitor plant targets, ensuring the achievement of economic and operational goals. Drive Lean Manufacturing, automation, and digitalization initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance process stability in a high‑mix, fast‑changing production environment. Drive and develop the plant management team, fostering a culture of accountability, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement. Support the identification and development of technical and managerial talent, ensuring succession and capability building. Oversee budget planning, cost control, and investment decisions, ensuring the plant's financial performance and long-term competitiveness. Ensure compliance with management policies, procedures, and practices, aligned with corporate and legal requirements. Define the plant's vision, set priorities, and make decisions that prepare the plant to face future challenges and ensure economic viability. Represent the plant in customer audits, business reviews, and technical discussions, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment with customer requirements. Ensure the plant is prepared for future challenges through strategic workforce planning, capability development, and technology roadmap. Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and promote a strong safety culture across all operations. Motivate, engage, and develop employees, apply HR tools and leadership guidelines to ensure the organization's long‑term competitiveness. The Successful Applicant Technical: Deep knowledge of production management, finance, and control. Extensive industrial operations experience (10+ years). Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. Ability to integrate processes across multiple organizational areas. Behavioral/ Leadership: Strategic leadership and strong influencing skills. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to lead and develop management teams. Sound judgment and decision‑making in complex environments. Strong results orientation and business sustainability mindset. EDUCATION EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in industrial management, Engineering, Business, or related field. 10+ years of experience in plant operations or engineering.
