Job Description * Oversee daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met across all processes. * Develop and implement production strategies to optimize performance, drive continuous improvement, and achieve operational goals. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across departments. * Lead and manage the production team, including departments such as mixing, filling, packaging, maintenance, production planning, and project management etc. * Manage and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources. * Lead projects related to process improvements, technology upgrades, and expansion efforts. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes. * Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation within the production team. The Successful Applicant * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. * Proven experience (7+ years) in production management, preferably in nutrition, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or personal care industries. * Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams. * In-depth knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and lean manufacturing. * Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin preferred. * Experience with project management and driving large-scale production initiatives. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
