As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance & Reliability Expert to join their team and support the optimization of their PET aseptic filling line. Job Description * Lead maintenance and reliability efforts for PET aseptic filling lines and associated equipment (e.g., blow molders, sterilizers, fillers, cappers, conveyors).* Analyze equipment performance and failure data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.* Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to optimize equipment availability and line efficiency.* Support installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of PET aseptic machinery.* Ensure maintenance activities meet all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.* Train and guide maintenance technicians on good practices and new technologies. The Successful Applicant * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).* Minimum 5 years of experience in Aseptic Filling Equipment technical service / maintenance and reliability within beverage industry.* Hands-on experience with PET aseptic bottling/filling line equipment technical.* Strong knowledge of maintenance practices (TPM, RCM, FMEA, etc.).* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Preferred Experience:* Experience with major aseptic equipment suppliers (e.g., Krones, Sidel etc).
