Patent licensing /Litigation Counsel专利许可与法务岗

岗位职责
1、处理集团及子公司全球重大专利纠纷诉讼，制定诉讼策略，指导方案实施； 2、参与制定集团知识产权纠纷诉讼策略，完善诉讼管理体系、制度和流程； 3、拓展知识产权诉讼内外部资源，与外部律师协同工作，审核外部律师工作成果； 4、协同推进专利风险评估、专利预警、专利许可、专利购买、专利运营等项目； 5、调研业务涉及的各类知识产权问题，提供理论及案例的支持；总结诉讼案件经验，形成智力成果。 1. Global Patent Dispute Management

· Handle major patent litigation and disputes worldwide, including strategy formulation, case analysis, and outcome evaluation.

· Guide the implementation of litigation strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

2. IP Litigation Strategy Development

· Participate in formulating the group's IP dispute resolution strategies.

· Continuously refine litigation management systems, processes, and compliance standards.

3. Resource Coordination & External Collaboration

· Build and manage internal/external litigation resources, including collaboration with external counsel.

· Review and evaluate external lawyers' deliverables to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

4. Patent Risk Mitigation & Commercialization

· Drive patent risk assessments, early-warning mechanisms, licensing negotiations, acquisitions, and commercialization initiatives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, business units) to align IP strategies with operational goals.

5. Research & Knowledge Management

· Investigate emerging IP challenges and provide theoretical/practical insights to support decision-making.

· Document litigation case studies and transform them into actionable knowledge assets.
