Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand the company's presence in global market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective channel sales strategies.
  • Provide training and support to partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with channel partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel-related inquiries and support requests.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Channel Development professional should have:

  • A proven track record in channel sales or partnership development within banking/ payment/ issuing institutions/ card brands, etc.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • A strategic mindset to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, ideally familiar with USA or Singapore market
  • Knowledge of the local market and an understanding of channel distribution models.
  • A results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
