Packaging Development Manager (地点：新西兰奥克兰) - 国际知名乳品公司

1.Leads the packaging development process from concept to commercialization, ensuring that packagingsolutions meet product requirements, branding guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
2.Collaborates with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with packaging regulations, labelingrequirements, and environmental standards in target markets.
3.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define packaging brief requirements, including functionality,aesthetics, sustainability, and cost considerations, for new and existing products.
4.Provides direction, technical inputs & sustainability requirements for the project technical project brief.
5.Develops project timelines for packaging activities, communicates risks and mitigation plans.
6.Collaborates with suppliers to develop packaging prototypes, mock-ups, and samples for evaluation.
7.Evaluates packaging materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes to assess feasibility, performance,and cost-effectiveness of packaging solutions / cost reduction opportunities.
8.Works with manufacturing sites & partners on the development, technical feasibility, validation andsuccessful implementation of new packaging. Leads the development of packaging trial objectives &executes validation plans. Liaises with third parties to coordinate packaging materials for trials.
9.Coordinates packaging testing and validation activities, including transportation testing and compatibilitytesting, to ensure packaging integrity and product safety.
10.Leads trouble shooting & develops and implements solutions for packaging technical challenges.
11.Approves third party packaging specifications ensuring materials comply with relevant marketregulations. Leads all packaging inputs for finished product specifications.
12.Drives sustainability initiatives and eco-friendly packaging solutions, incorporating recyclable materials,reducing waste, and optimizing packaging efficiencies throughout the supply chain. Identifies areas forimprovement and future opportunities.
13.Supports the provision of key recycling information and compliance with APCO.
14.Manages & develops relationships with packaging suppliers, contract manufacturers, and external partnersto resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement in packaging quality and performance.
15.Collaborates with Marketing & supports market research to identify future packaging requirements.Identifies emerging packaging technologies, materials, and design innovations that meet requirements andenhance product appeal and consumer experience.
16.Monitors industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer preferences related to packaging design,functionality, and sustainability, providing insights and recommendations to inform packaging strategies.Identifies opportunities for competitive advantage.
17.Develops and manages the packaging development budget, timelines and project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals, product launches, and supply chain initiatives.
