This position is primarily responsible for building Quickbooks System and handling tax matters in the overseas region, reporting directly to the head of headquarters finance.

About Our Client

Our client is a unicorn company in the consumer robotics industry that is currently going public, with a focus on expanding overseas.

Job Description

1. Set up QuickBooks from scratch, work with HQ for monthly closing; Conduct data entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

2. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns; Process AP and AR transactions, GL postings and statements.

3. Support budgeting and financial reporting activities

The Successful Applicant

1. Ability to communicate bilingual in English and Chinese required

2. Knowledge of overseas tax systems preferred

3. At least 5 years work experience accounting or similar roll - Proficient with QuickBooks Online

4. Exposure to Monday.com, SAP or equivalent is a plus
