Work closely with the BU APAC management team, managing a matrix reporting structure. People Management : Develop a highly manufacturing team to achieve maximum productivity and quality, providing essential training and technical input to solve operational issue 理想的求职者 A successful Operations Director should have: Bachelor and above degree in Engineering and related major, MBA preferred 8+ years expertise in end-to-end manufacturing operations Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and equipment maintenance ERP and Lean production experience is required Strong verbal and written communication and skills as well as Fluent English Advanced problem-solving 薪酬待遇 An attractive salary package of approximately 600,000 - 700,000 CNY.
