Job Description

  • Manage and develop the supply chain strategy to ensure material availability and cost-effective procurement.
  • Oversee engineering and manufacturing processes to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Direct capacity planning and production scheduling to meet market demands and customer expectations.
  • Implement cost management strategies to optimize operational expenses and improve profitability.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor and improve operational performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 15 years of experience in operations/supply chain management within the semiconductor fabless.
  • Proven leadership in managing supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and cost control functions.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and execution with a focus on operational efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Expertise in supply chain management, engineering processes, and manufacturing optimization.
  • Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Experience in overseeing the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
