Leverage in-depth knowledge of Chinese emission standards and EVAP/fuel-system technologies to align product strategy with regulatory and market demands. Implement advanced quality management systems (Six Sigma, TQM) and lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and product excellence. Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies (automation, robotics) to modernize production processes. Develop market growth strategies, leveraging insights into ICE, hybrid, and electric vehicle trends. Strengthen relationships with stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with local regulations, manage risks, and safeguard joint venture interests. Lead budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization to achieve operational targets. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity across teams. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced management degree preferred. 15+ years of senior leadership experience in automotive/manufacturing sectors, with proven success in China's market. Expertise in China's emission regulations, EVAP products, and hybrid/electric vehicle applications. Strong background in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 technologies. An INDIAN-speaker with fluency in Mandarin or basic Mandarin, with exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
