Job Description Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve the brand's short-term and long-term goals, including market expansion, revenue growth, and profit optimization. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and potential business opportunities in the markets. Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts, and monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met. Oversee the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring that new menu offerings are in line with the brand's image and meet the better quality standards. Ensure consistent and excellent customer experiences across all stores by setting and enforcing operational standards and procedures. Monitor store performance, including sales, customer traffic, and staff productivity, and implement corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with store managers to schedule staff, manage payroll, and provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior operations management role within the chain restaurants preferably with a focus on premium or luxury brands. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business strategies, driving growth, and improving operational efficiency Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals. Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, setting clear goals, and providing effective coaching and feedback. Excellent business understanding and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and manage budgets and resources effectively.
