职责描述

Product Development:
1. Responsible for the achievements of products targets for China, defined by the RPM (in regards to the Tradelane, Consolidation Strategy and priorities of the Product development).
2. Create, define, launch and control performance and profitable and future oriented product solutions by involving customers, carriers, agents and partners.
3. Implements and executes specific Industry Vertical (IV) solutions
4. Focus on core trade development to ensure sustainable business cooperation with dedicated TLDs.
5. Organize lean product launches within cargo-partner and externally.
6. Define clear HUB operational setups, routings and pricing.
7. Ensure up-to-date product knowledge amongst the sea operational teams within China, personally delivery trainings when and where necessary
8. Cooperate and coordinate with Route Management.
9. Lead the innovation process in terms of information solutions and customer feedback our of business review meetings.
10. Responsible for achieving the country's target product budget with its relevant budgeted KPIs whereas the responsibility for the KPI P&L is shared with the line management. Supports the annual budgeting process for own product within China
11. Represent the company as SME with customers as needed
12. Ensure competitive services and prices with carriers / partners / agents. Enforce core carrier policy of CPM
13. Ensure retention activities with our key accounts

Sales:
14. Support actively the business development team including own sales with an emphasis on
national market and be responsible for appropriate sales of the business field services and
products according to the targets
15. Performs own selling activities as part of management sales, targeting strategic opportunities
16. Actively involve in the solution design for potential national accounts
17. Supports cross selling initiatives with other products and performs the same activities for other
products to customers
18. Ensure product know-how is relayed to other sales organization. Organizes periodical know-how
training /updates in close cooperation with the local DBM/HR/NOM.

Procurement & Pricing:
1. Measure and benchmark performance indicators (productivity & profitability)
2. National responsibility for procurement based on the corporate procurement standards (core
carrier policy, space negotiations, volume commitments, volume rebates and other related topics)
3. Implements and ensure adherence to the local group tariffs
4. Implement and ensure adherence to profit share agreements within the organization

Controlling
5. Overlapping P&L responsibility for following KPI's : Revenue, ROP, ROP-Margin, direct
product related costs (Operations) and product structural costs
6. Monitors within own region the procurement and pricing related KPIs defined by the CPM and
ensures their fulfillment
7. Monitor the product profitability within China and ensures corrective actions are implemented
where necessary
8. Monitor the process & legal compliance of the respective product operations within own country
9. Support the Compliance department in solving problem cases which impose a financial or legal
threat to the company.

University degree in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent with over10 years management level experiences of the industry

Special Knowledge:
 Freight Forwarding
 Computer basic knowledge, MS Office
 Established shipping company network, solid experience and established network with carriers.
 Strong communication skills in term of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
 Close connection to the Business market (Sales, Purchase, Partners)
