职责描述

  • Identify and target potential designer clients, develop and implement strategies to build and expand business relationships within the designer community.
  • Regularly communicate with existing designer partners to maintain strong partnerships, understand their needs, and ensure high - level satisfaction.
  • Promote company products or services to designers, clearly communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Develop customized sales plans for each designer based on their projects and requirements, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation, contract signing, and post - sales support.
  • Continuously monitor the design market trends, including new design concepts, emerging technologies, and industry regulations.
  • Gather information on competitors' offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies, and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams. Provide feedback from designers to influence product improvements and marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in internal meetings to ensure seamless coordination across departments for the successful delivery of products and services to designer clients.

理想的求职者

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in designer - related sales channels. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with designers at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good understanding of the design industry, including design processes, key players, and market trends.
  • Self - motivated and results - oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, able to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written
