Metalworking Machinery - Head of China

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's global objectives.

- Identify growth opportunities within the Chinese market and implement plans to capitalize on them.

2. Operational Management:

- Oversea and ensure efficient operations in sales, imanufacturing operation, logistics, applications engineering and service delivery.

- Monitor and improve operational efficiency to meet company performance goals.

3. Sales and Marketing:

- Drive revenue growth through direct sales and channel partnerships.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for brand positioning and market penetration.

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.

4. Customer Service and Support:

- Ensure the delivery of premium technical support and after-sales services to customers.

- Oversee the maintenance and training programs for customers to enhance product value.

5. Financial Management:

- Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

- Monitor financial performance and take corrective action when necessary.

6. Regulatory and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with Chinese import/export regulations and corporate policies.

- Manage any legal or operational issues related to product certifications, standards, or tariffs.

7. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team across operations, engineering, sales, and service.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.

8. Liaison with Headquarters:

- Act as the primary contact between China and the headquarter.

- Report on business performance, market trends, and operational challenges.
