The company employs over 6,500 people worldwide. 职责描述 · Plan and lead mechanical workstreams (architecture, Product Design, Design for Manufacturability / Design for Assembly, materials, sealing/IP).· Lead a team of Mechanical Engineers; set standards and review designs/drawings.· Prioritize workload amongst engineering team based on product roadmap requirements· Coordinate testing with the lab; drive structured problem solving (8D, DMAIC).· Interface with suppliers, tooling, and manufacturing for industrialization readiness.· Drive schedules, manage risks, and track KPIs (yield, cost, reliability, acoustics, efficiency).· Primary interface between local engineering team and Fluidra Engineering product category centers of excellence. 理想的求职者 · Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering.· 10+ years in industrial product development managing R&D Team; plastics, sealing, thermal, and vibration/acoustics preferred.· Expert in 3D CAD (SolidWorks), Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, FEA/CFD exposure is a plus. 薪酬待遇 Competitive annual salary ranging from CNY 500000 to CNY 700000.
