Job Description Develop and execute market strategies for China and Europe, aligning with long-term growth objectives. Shape and strengthen the brand, highlighting proprietary technologies and building technical authority through industry reports and thought leadership. Lead product localisation initiatives and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Build and maintain relationships with media, industry associations, and key stakeholders globally. Drive digital transformation in marketing processes and ensure data-driven decision-making. Represent the company at international forums and manage reputation through proactive communication strategies. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team. The Successful Applicant Minimum 10 years' experience in brand management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in large-scale marketing operations; experience in agricultural inputs preferred, FMCG as secondary. Exposure to global product registration processes and regulatory frameworks. Fluent in English or German; experience living or working in Germany is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or related field; strong cross-cultural communication skills.
