Job Description

  • Work with the CEO, GM, and Tech Team to build marketing strategy with measurable goals and objectives
  • Lead the integrated, cross-functional go-to-market process - facilitate how the team works together to bring our brand, vision, and product stories into execution which delivers business, marketing, and/or brand objectives
  • Strategize and work cross-functionally to activate initiatives that connect the in-store and digital experience to advance omni experience for customers
  • Activate initiatives that connect in-store and digital experiences, enhancing omni-channel customer engagement.
  • Feed into the creative process including being able to evaluate and give feedback to ensure our content drives engagement and influencers
  • Own marketing decisions and represent leadership on key initiatives
  • Develop the practices and protocols; with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and data
  • Be obsessed with staying up to date on trends for the active lifestyle industry, marketing, and new technologies - serve as an ambassador for innovation and creativity in the company

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated proficiency in performance marketing, social marketing, and campaign planning
  • Advocate and digital thought for new technologies and innovation
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, with demonstrated delivery of customer acquisition, retention, optimization targets, as well as budget development and tracking
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events and high-profile collaborations.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing time and resources based on business impact
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong internal relationships and build consensus on critical initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members, and to foster an engaging, collaborative creative work environment
