Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to drive business expansion. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to maintain competitive edge. P&L Management Take full responsibility for the P&L performance of China's Industrial Business. Drive revenue growth, optimize cost structure and improve profit margins. Develop, manage and monitor annual budgets and business forecasts. Sales & Marketing Leadership Drive and direct the sales team to achieve performance targets and strengthen customer relationships. Oversee marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and increase market penetration. Negotiate key contracts and build partnerships with strategic clients. Operational Excellence Ensure efficiency in supply chain, inventory management and service delivery processes. Drive continuous improvement across all operational areas and business processes. Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal company standards. People Leadership Build and develop a high-performing team through effective coaching, mentoring and talent management. Foster a collaborative, accountable and innovative workplace culture. Align the team with company values and support employee engagement initiatives. 理想的求职者 A successful Managing Director should have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial business management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position. Demonstrated track record of successful P&L management and driving business growth. In-depth knowledge of industrial products, solutions, and market dynamics within the China domestic market.
