Job Description Oversee and manage all litigation matters globally, ensuring effective strategies are in place for dispute resolution. Provide legal support for disputes related to investments and acquisitions, labor issues, and payment disputes etc., collaborating closely with external counsel as needed. Offer timely and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders regarding ongoing litigation and potential legal risks. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to litigation management and dispute resolution. Work effectively with external law firms to ensure the be//st legal representation and outcomes for the company. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on litigation-related matters and be//st practices. Regularly report to the Chief Legal Officer on litigation status, outcomes, and any emerging legal issues. The Successful Applicant At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on litigation in a law firm or court setting, and experience in an in-house legal role (experience in litigation is preferred but not mandatory). Alternatively, focusing on litigation within the corporation (prior litigation experience at a law firm is not required). Workable English.
