Negotiating contract terms with external parties to protect the company's interests. Supporting the company in future transactions, including but not limited to due diligence, negotiations, and closing deals. Providing legal advice and assistance throughout the transaction process to minimise risk and ensure compliance with local and international laws. Handling complaints, potential litigation, and other legal disputes that may arise in the course of business operations. Communicating with relevant regulatory authorities to ensure that the company's business operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Staying updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the business and advising the company on necessary adjustments. Collaborating with the global legal and compliance team to develop and deliver compliance training programs for internal employees. 理想的求职者 Obtained a law degree from a reputable university, overseas education background is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the legal field, preferably in the food industry or a related sector.
