Job Description

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's portfolio, which covers a number of sectors including biopharma, drug distribution, molecular diagnosis, medical devices and medical services.
  • Secure new tenancies through various marketing channels
  • Carry out leasing activities, including actively pursue appointments with potential clients, negotiation, signing up of tenancy agreements, maintaining relationship and the other after-sale services.
  • Perform market research, identify market segments, potential prospects and competitor analysis, maintain a high level of regular communication and build sustainable relationships with key clients.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor degree or above, oversea background or fluent English speaker is preferred
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing or property management for pharmaceutical industrial park or business park.
  3. Good network in healthcare sector with government departments and marketing agents.
  4. The ability to work in a team, be creative and be comfortable working under pressure
  5. Having a sound understanding of the property industry and an extensive network of contacts.
