Job Description
* Take overall responsibility of business development, leasing and tenants/clients management.
* Conduct market research and study, build target tenants/clients database, develop project positioning strategy, and execute leasing and marketing activities.
* Develop and implement business development policy and procedures.
* Maximize applicable resources to achieve project objectives concerning profitability, rental income and all related financial return.
* Keep all relevant stakeholders well informed of business development, progress, issues, risk mitigation plan in a timely matter.
* Identify problems and propose effective solutions for resolving business development, marketing and leasing issues.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor and above degree in business, economics or related discipline, at least 10+ years of experience in pharma ceuticals , biotech, life science , healthcare industry , or real estate agents experience
* Excellent business development and negotiation skills
* Commercial awareness and practically oriented, ability to identify and resolve business development issues quickly and effectively
* Excellent communication skills, fluently bilingual in English and Chinese
* Entrepreneur Spirit, responsible, result driven, smart and hard working, ability to work independently under pressure
