Responsible for the retail training programs from global and local side, create all training toolbox in close collaboration with the departments of expertise in the area. Set the assessment methodology, link with business indicator maximum and track the result. Organize all retail training events (online + offline) and be part of other retail events with related stakeholders to meet the objective. Work closely with business stakeholders and HRBP to understand business expectations, business needs as well as business challenges, and develop leadership training in China accordingly. Maintain annual L&D records, collect training needs feed backs for improvements. The Successful Applicant Minimum 8 years of professional experience in learning and development or related area, preferably in Retail or FMCG industry. Track record in executing competence development programs successfully, ability to facilitate workshops and other collaboration meetings. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
