Job Description

  • Work closely with RPC head of legal on contract life circle from drafting to negotiation.
  • Provide legal advice for business department including cross boarder transaction, licensing and sanction.
  • Support litigation & arbitration.

The Successful Applicant

  • PQE: 3-5, legal background and PRC qualified.
  • Fluent English and can be working language.
  • Cross boarder transaction or international trade experience is highly preferred.
