Assess, source, and deliver the right AI solutions or integrate AI technologies such as LLM, Bytedance Doubao, and Alibaba Qwen into IT/digital solutions to enable and deliver business value. Maintain operational excellence in all AI service delivery, ensuring a secure, reliable, available, compliant, and cost-effective AI environment. Identify, drive, and digitize opportunities for synergies across AI projects in. Drive contribution from AI and value from AI. Manage a consistent approach, including standard policies, processes, and templates, to project management across all AI projects in the IT/Digital portfolio, ensuring alignment to all project management or PMO approaches. Identify and produce KPIs that give meaningful insight into the performance of AI Projects and the Portfolio, establishing an appropriate set of norms over time. Design AI solutions with internal business and external tech partners/vendors. Work as Project Manager for AI projects following both waterfall and agile project management methodologies and standard practices, with preferences for commercial-related functional knowledge and relevant project experiences. Work with business stakeholders with a paradigm of AI being a technological facilitator to improve business efficiencies and optimize AI investments in Applications. Lead and perform secondary support of running AI platforms. Lead and perform regular and ad hoc AI-related operations and deliveries. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve AI application and project support, decrease turnaround times, and streamline processes to provide quality customer service. Direct activities to ensure work adheres to business requirements, including processes, procedures, standards, acceptance criteria, and change control processes as defined by IT. Show strong commitment in all engagements and remain to optimize resources and skills. Support and provide guidance to AI projects and develop PMO capabilities for managing demands, performing analysis, and setting up standard processes and tools as needed. Assist project managers and IT/Digital director with AI commercial activities such as PR/PO and contracting processes and the consolidated reporting and analysis of such. The Successful Applicant Must have a proven record of developing and managing AI application projects and/or support organizations. Must have 5 years+ Project management experience for multiple countries with 1+ year AI application project management experience. Must have technical and functional knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and solutions. Must have previous experience managing Applications Portfolio and landscape. Must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Must have previous experience managing third-party resources and services for offshore support and development of AI applications. Desired to have certification in PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2, or equivalent. Desired to have digital project deliveries using AI technologies. Desired to have a background in shipping or logistics.
