Communicate directly with foreign agents and colleagues within the IP team to manage the patent prosecution of own patent portfolio, globally From time-to-time support other colleagues in the patent team with specific additional patent drafts and freedom to operate analyses. May be required occasionally to work on teams of company attorneys for oppositions, patent litigation, large scale due diligence projects, business development projects, and M&A projects Helps support other company IP colleagues on China specific IP legal issues when they occur The Successful Applicant Qualified Chinese Patent Attorney with 5+ Years of experience Technical backgrounds considered: chemistry/life science/digital Good standard of English language proficiency, both written and oral Good communication skills Able to simplify complex legal matters to give clear advice at the right level for a given audience Able to work independently and manage own workload· Able to work collectively and constructively with company colleagues all around the world.
