Develop and execute investor relations strategies, including roadshows, earnings calls, and investor days. Ensure compliance with HKEX, SEC, and other relevant regulations for disclosures and reporting. Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and analysts to strengthen market positioning. Provide strategic insights on industry trends, valuation, and competitive dynamics to senior leadership. 理想的求职者 Master's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Life Sciences, or related field; CFA/CPA preferred. 5-8 years of experience in capital markets, ideally with proven involvement in biotech IPOs (Hong Kong or US). Strong financial modelling and valuation skills; familiarity with biotech pipeline analysis. Fluent in Mandarin and English with exceptional communication skills.
